This blog post details my journey into using SOLO Taxonomy in the classroom, sparked by discussions on Twitter in May 2012. It outlines my experience with the #geogsolo international chat, bringing together educators from several countries to share experiences. I describe initial trials of structuring revision and tracking progress through classroom activities over a half-term pilot in Autumn 2012 across nine KS3 classes. Feedback from peer assessments and surveys showed promising results. Join us on April 13th, 2013, for the #sologlobalchat to discuss SOLO practices globally!
