  10. What about the problem of the souls? When they are dead, what happens to their souls? During the time in which these animals are dead where do they go? Could we believe that every time they are dead the souls leave their bodies and subsequently go back during resurrection? …. Even if we admit the existence of a soul in these portentous animals, the naturalist and the philosopher are both embarassed.
