LadderPort ™ • LadderPort™, the inexpensive permanent building mounted extension ladder receiver, securely holds the ladder in place. • Hooks secure the ladder while side plates prevent it from moving left or right. • The solid metal grab bars enable the technician to climb up and down a portable extension ladder comfortably and safely. • LadderPort™ meets OSHA Regulation 1926.1053(b)(1)

  3. LadderPort ™ Ladder Receiver LadderPort™ Type 1 – Standard Flush Mount For use when building has a flat, strong wall and a simple flashing detail. This model accommodates a fascia board to 6” below the top of the roof wall. Powder Coated for Lasting Durability $449.00

  4. LadderPort ™ Ladder Receiver LadderPort™ Type 2 – Gutter Saver Protects your gutters from extension ladder damage. Use this model when a gutter up to 8” wide by 8” tall is present. This model must be attached to a strong wall. Powder Coated for Lasting Durability $449.00

  5. LadderPort ™ Ladder Receiver LadderPort™ Type 3 – Adjustable Select this model when the wall has a crown or decorative detail at the top of the wall. Its telescoping lower attach points easily adjust & should be attached to a strong wall, such as masonry (block or brick), providing a complete stable unit. Drill bit & stainless steel hardware included for adjusting the telescoping lower attach points. Powder Coated for Lasting Durability $469.00

Cranky Portable Winch • Cranky & Cranky Accessories allow one technician to lift heavier items from vehicle to roof without the expense of a crane or second technician. • Cranky slips on or off the Port-A-Post or Mounting Post • Uses a grab hook to tote items up to 300 pounds • Equipped with a brake to stop the hand crank for added safety • Back Pulley used to center loads when hoisting through a roof hatch • Crank ratio is 4.4:1 • Weighs only 29 pounds
