  2. Overview • This is a temporary visa allowing you to live, work and study in Australia for up to 18 months.

  3. What Does This Visa Let Me Do? • This visa allows you and any secondary applicants included in your visa application to remain in Australia for up to 18 months with no restrictions on work or study.  During this period you may choose to: • Travel • Work • Undertake further professional studies • Study to improve your English skills.

  4. Eligibility • This visa is not a point based visa. You must meet the following basic eligibility requirements: • Recognized Overseas Education • English language proficiency – IELTS, TOEFL iBT and PTE Academic tests are accepted • Age – you should be less than 31 years and must submit document proof • Eligible degree – the eligible degree can be anything of a bachelors degree, a masters degree, doctoral degree or postgraduate diploma. The Specialization can be  - Civil Engineering , Structural Engineering ,  Chemical Engineering ,  Environmental Engineering ,  Electrical and Electronics Engineering ,  Mechanical, Production and Plant Engineering ,  Mining and Material Engineering • University recognized  in overseas list • Health – the medical check-up are only valid for limited time. So undergo the medical check-up only after the department tells you to do so.

  5. Character – you must be of good character • Australian value statement – All the migrant who are more than 18 years need to sign a statement after reading the and understanding the book “The Life In Australia”  stating that you understood and respect the way of life in Australia.
