  3. Goniometer • These Goniometers measure Range of motion, but require a lot of technique to get accurate readings and may cost up to $80.

Using this Application • Open the application on your phone • Specify which joint you are measuring the ROM for. • Tap screen when client begins to go through the motion. • Tap the stop button when the client is at the end of their motion. • Data shows up assessing the Motion of the joint. • Choose if you would like to share this information via text message or e-mail • Save the information to keep track of progress.

Purpose • This application can be used to Measure joint range of motion on your mobile device easily rather than carrying around an expensive device that you may lose. • GetMyROM makes it easier for Physical Therapists to track their client’s progress as time goes on without having to fill out a ton of paperwork.

For the Physical Therapist • This app allows you to take you inclinometer on the go with you! • Measure total joint range of motion quick and easy by holding down the screen while the client goes through the motions. • Place the phone near the site that you would like to measure. Hold the screen and let the client go through the motion. The app will read the measurements in degrees digitally and show the client’s range of motion for that joint. • For a Physical Therapist who does not always work in a facility and likes to work outside of an office. • Rather than taking a bubble inclinometer and risking losing it, use the phone that’s always in your pocket! • Allows for accurate readings that can be logged and tracked for weeks. • Less paperwork! • Cheaper than a bubble inclinometer
