  2. ITENS DA LEI Nº 10.420, DE 10 DE ABRIL DE 2002, QUE INSTITUIU O FUNDO GARANTIA SAFRA, QUE RECEBERAM INDICAÇÕES DE MUDANÇA

  3. 1 – CORRIGIR O VALOR MÁXIMO DO BENEFÍCIO DE R$ 700,00 PARA R$ 2.500,00: O aumento proposto é só para o teto, que só será atingido daqui a muitos anos.

  4. 2 – ADEQUAR O CÁLCULO AUTUARIAL DO PROGRAMA: Estabelecer o prazo de 4 anos, começando em 2012, para a elevação da contribuição do agricultor, do Município, do Estado e da União, para o Fundo Garantia-Safra, de 1% para 2%, de 3% para 6%, de até 10% para até 20% e de 20% para 40%, do valor da previsão do benefício anual, respectivamente.

  5. 3 – ALTERAÇÃO DA ÁREA PLANTADA: aprovada redução da área de um máximo de 10 para 5 hectares.4 – EXTENSÃO DO PROGRAMA PARA OUTROS ESTADOS: aprovado.

  6. PONTOS SEM CONSENSO • 1 – PAGAMENTO PROPORCIONAL À ÁREA PLANTADA. • 2 – BLOQUEIO DE PAGAMENTOS PELO NÃO CUMPRIMENTO DA LEGISLAÇÃO AMBIENTAL
