  5. First Things First.. • Change in presentation times: Dr. Rozy Dunham and Patrice Schneider RN have switched presentation times. Women and Heart Disease will be first at 930am

Information • Folders: • Attestation Forms • Evaluations- MUST be completed, signed and handed in before leaving TODAY! • Disclosure Statements-Full disclosure statements are in folders • All attendees will receive a certificate today! • Those who receive AOA credits will receive further documentation from ROWAN at a later time.

Pre/Post Test: • Inside your welcome folders is a pre-test provided by Rowan.    We are asking that you complete these short questions prior to the program starting, and hand them in with your evaluations at the end of the day.  At the end of the program, we will have an interactive Q&A session so see how much of the information you’ve remembered!  Rowan’s media team will be providing you with audience response boxes to respond to the questions
