El Dorado County Development Projects • Carson Creek Development (D1) • 1700 housing units; 40,000 square feet of Commercial; 450,000 square feet of Research and Development; and 780,000 square feet of Industrial uses • Main accesses on White Rock Road and Latrobe Road • Currently 1/3 of this project is builtout. The BOS has recently approved the next phase of 304 homes.

  4. El Dorado County Development Projects Blackstone/Valley View Subdivision (D2) 2037 acre site within El Dorado Hills Community Region. 2840 homes planned Located east of Latrobe Road and just south of Town Center commercial area While rough grading is nearing completion, construction of homes has only just begun.

  5. El Dorado County Development Projects El Dorado Hills Business Park (D3) 900 acre development located south of Whiterock and Latrobe Road The development is approximately 1/3 complete. The County currently has four projects processing for this area totaling 1,600,000 square feet

  6. El Dorado County Development Projects Clarksville Business Park (D4) 10 commercial buildings totaling 99,000 square feet Located at the Silva Valley Interchange and White Rock Road The BOS recently approved this project

  7. El Dorado Hills Development Projects Town Center West (D5) Anticipate 500,000 square feet of office space located off Latrobe Road and north of White Rock Road Rough grading is being processed on the site.
