  5. Reduce your risk of cancer Be a healthy weight Eat a variety of healthy foods Stay active and maintain a healthy weight Avoid or limit alcohol

  6. Reduce your risk of cancer Quit smoking and avoid second-hand smoke Protect yourself from the sun and exposure to artificial tanning equipment Get immunized

  7. Reduce your risk of cancer Participate in recommended cancerscreening programs.
