Summary Statement • Knights were taught code of chivalry and trained over long period of time in order to handle the brutal of warfare. • The code of chivalry included that the knights had to be courageous in battle and loyal to their lords. Also to protect the weak and the poor. Knight had to fight bravely in defense of their 3 masters and the three masters are feudal lord, Heavenly Lord and his chosen lady. • Knights training stats at age of 7 the boy becomes squire and finally age of 21 the squire becomes the full fledged knight. • Warfare was brutal. Soldiers poured boiling water, hot oil, or molten lead by defenders of castle.
