Community Health Systems DevelopmentTA Program (TAP) • Activities: The goal of the technical assistance (TA) program is to provide grantees with useful information, resources and one-on-one assistance to ensure that they have the greatest possibility of success in improving the health of their rural community. National Rural Recruitment & Retention Network (3Rnet) • Activities: Web site that post jobs and registers health professionals.
