May-Giemsa Staining of Untreated and Bortezomib-Treated TaY Cells

This study presents the results of May-Giemsa staining on TaY cells subjected to two conditions: untreated (A) and treated with 5 nM bortezomib (B). The staining allows for the visualization of cellular morphology and any changes induced by bortezomib treatment. The untreated cells demonstrate normal morphology, while significant differences may be observed in the bortezomib-treated cells, shedding light on the drug's effects on cell structure and viability.
