How to Insert Images and Add Backgrounds in PowerPoint Presentations

  1. To insert a picture into your PowerPoint Document Menu-->Insert-->Picture-->From file Select the file you would like, and click Insert. There you have insert your picture in your presentation.

  2. Add a Background to your Presentation Menu-->Format-->background Select the background you like and click Apply

  3. To insert a new sheet for the presentation Menu-->Insert-->Newslide Select the style you need, then click OK. You just created a start of PowerPoint Presentation
