  5. Magic Wand • Sorry, this Fast track is not your Magic Wand and will not replace the following. • Magic Wand can be found: • Local Seminar • Convention • Weekly coring • Senior mentor Counseling. • Audio.

  6. 3-1-2 Requirements:Recommended for Distributor that has no Team Develop yet. • Must make 3 calls per day. • Must book 1 appointment per day. • Must add 2 names to names list per day. • Must Complete & Submit Weekly Accountability List to your Partner and Facilitator. • Must commit to a total of 90 days to finish the program • Must Call Partner Daily to report regardless if I have a good or bad day. • Must be on the weekly accountability conference call. • Must listen to audio to speed up my learning curve.

  7. 3-1-2 cont • Must attend NMTSS event Monthly - 1 UBP, 1 Local/B5 (minimum) • Must attend or conduct 1 B5 and 1 NDT within this 90days. ECCT will be encouraged. • Must attend or conduct UBP, HUBP or Product Event once a week or as available in your area or group. • Must register 10 new PC’s in the 90 days. • Must Purchase 3 tickets per event ( Main NMTSS event: LS, RC, WC, IC) • Must attempt to complete UFO program for 3rd or 4th quarter of 2011. • Must attempt to get a Face book and Twitter account.

  8. 10-3-2 RequirementHighly Recommended for Distributor that has a Team • Using the 10-3-2 system and committing to all the requirements listed below. • Must make 10 calls per day(3 of which Must be personal Prospect) • Must book 3 appointments per day(1 of which must be a personal Prospect) • Must add 2 names to names list per day. • Must Purchase 5 tickets per event( Main NMTSS event: LS, RC, WC,IC). • If you do 6-2-2, that is still better than 3-1-2 • Rest is same as 3-1-2

THE MECHANICS • 5 days per week • Call Partner everyday from Mon – Fri for 5-10mins progress updates. • Weekend to catch up • Double any day you fall short • Weekly Rewards or Consequences. • Submit Momentum Sheet to Facilitator and partner by Saturday. • Attend weekly webinar / conference call.

  10. COMMIT TO • Consistency • Goals with Deadlines • Discipline • Stay Focused • Accountability • Documentation

  12. Minimums Weekly Goal • 10-3-2 = 15 Appts a Week • “Showing the Plan” – 4x a week 10-3-2 • Goal Sponsor 1 a week • Retail 2 customer a week • 3-1-2 = 5 Appts a Week • “Showing the Plan” – 1x a week 3-1-2 • Goal Sponsor 1 a month • Retail 1 Customer per week Go To Training: 1 time a month

  14. CONFERENCE CALLSIN-PERSON MEETINGS • Hold each person accountable • Go over progress: • How many appointments were made. • How many appointments took place. • How many in the funnel/next step. • Any new customers/business partners. • Tickets to next event. • Challenges
