  2. 納莉颱風簡介 • 颱風常造成台灣地區嚴重的氣象災害，其中尤以民國90年9月侵台的納莉颱風（NARI） ，因停留時間過久與其特殊路徑，在台灣地區降下豐沛雨量，造成北台灣嚴重水患。

  7. 納莉颱風災情 • 根據中央災害應變中心統計，納莉風災已造成全台至少八十四人死亡，十六人失蹤，兩百餘人受傷，地下室淹水達六千多棟，十九個縣市受創，農業損失金額近21億。
