  2. The Public Safety Model… • A trend sweeping the nation has more municipalities and local governments looking to a public safety model to save money. The public safety model consolidation takes law enforcement, EMS and fire and places them under the same umbrella.

  3. What’s happening… • Public Safety consolidation has garnered greater attention as municipalities, local governments and counties struggle with fiscal constraints. With all agencies competing for budgets, equipment, personnel and capital projects public safety entities are not the exception.
