  10. Regional HSSA The Regional Health Sector Strategic Alliance: provides strategic direction, manages the Joint Investment Framework, supports delivery of Apprenticeships and informs the SQS, Apprenticeship & QCF development.

Key impacts for HSSA • Support employers to increase productivity • Increase the number of Apprenticeships • Support progress from welfare into work • Increase uptake of appropriate qualifications. • Improve functional numeracy & literacy • Reduce skill gaps • Effect internal efficiency savings
