A Power Purchase Agreement was signed between Emicool and Emirates Electrical Engineering(EEE). The agreement states that Emicool will increase its solar capacity by 238%. Emicool will initiate this step within its DCP1(District Cooling Plant 1) and its head office boundaries which are located in Dubai Investments Park 1.

  1. EMICOOL PROMISES INCREASED SOLAR CAPACITY BY 238%

  2. A Power Purchase Agreement was signed between Emicool and Emirates Electrical Engineering(EEE). The agreement states that Emicool will increase its solar capacity by 238%. Emicool will initiate this step within its DCP1(District Cooling Plant 1) and its head office boundaries which are located in Dubai Investments Park 1.

  3. One of Emicool’s main objectives is to increase the spread of clean and renewable energy to their processes and convert energy transmissions into low carbon emissions. This will eventually improve overall solar penetration. The company aims to reach 350 KWP(Solar Productivity Capacity) for its DCP1 plant with the recent solar facade transformation project.

  4. Emicool is a leading company that provides district cooling for commercial buildings as well as residential buildings. It was established in 2003. It is a joint venture between Actis LLC(a prominent investor in sustainable infrastructure) and Dubai Investments(a major investment company listed on DFM -Dubai Financial Market)
