  1. Welcome to the Informational Meeting!!GO! Culinary Club

  2. We Are Culinary Club! • Welcome to Culinary club! • We are a club that welcomes bakers and tasters! • We will be learning about different cultures as well as different cooking and kitchen techniques • We’re just here to have fun !!

  3. Who are we? • INTRODUCTIONS! • Sponsors: Mrs. Baker & Mrs. Burchill • President: Zoey Beg • Vice President: Vivian Mui

  4. Culture and Cuisine • Along with cooking, we’re also going to learn about the culture that it comes from. • We will have just a short slideshow before each cooking session. • Suggestions?

  5. Lab Groups • There are 6 different cooking stations • We will divide into 6 groups • During each cooking session, each group will be doing a different thing • Then at the end we’ll bring everything together, like a pot-luck!

  6. Mandatory Bake Sales!! • These are the club’s mandatory events. • Everyone must do!! • 2 total • Funds ($)

  7. Officer Demonstrations • At one of the monthly meetings, we will be doing a little mini-presentation! • So what do you guys wanna learn? • ex) fold an egg roll? Fondant roses? Toss a pizza?

  8. FACEBOOK & E-MAIL • Join our Facebook Page! • Also don’t forget to sign-in and don’t forget to put your e-mail.

  9. T-Shirts Snazzy~ ? You decide!! At the next meeting bring it your ideas and we can have the club vote!

  10. Collaborations? • Art Club • Bake an artsy-cake • French/Spanish/German/Italian Club • Culture and food (yummm)

  11. Meeting Dates: • Next Meeting is October 15th • We will also have a special meeting October 29th for Halloween! • We Meet every 1st and 3rd Mondays!!
