  6. COEHS – Early Efforts 2006: Hired a “web person” = Problems - Not a designer, didn’t know our CMS I was trying to convert experience into “marketing” Limited by lack of knowledge of IMC Better by 2008, but not what I wanted

  7. IMC & COEHS: Collaboration“Sort Of!” Campus initiated IMC Division & Director Aug. 2007 – Director approached COEHS about collaboration Relations were very poor/adversarial at best Neither party understood the other; there was a definite gulf we could not cross

IMC & COEHS – Joint Project 2008: No more collaboration – instead IMC proposed a joint partnership around projects and people Joint hiring of web development and marketing & design specialists Equivalency of time, reviews & funding Still a bit of disconnect around approach, BUT now we could work projects as a team!
