  2. Me and My Company • Hi, • My name is Antonia Betha and I am the Founder and Owner of the AB Affiliats, Inc Company and all of  sites and blogs associated(made by) with AB Affiliates, Inc and it's partners/employees.

How I Came Across the Idea of AB Affiliates, Inc The Idea Because... • The difference between AB Affiliates, Inc site and sites associated with us is that we are a non-profit business, we provide our services for free while these GPT sites requests that you pay for memberships in order to have a lower payout or to have more features unlocked. Whereas we provide the services for you. We pay the membership fee and click and read or click and watch to get paid when reached the payout minimum for the level of membership we request the payment and rather or not they actually pay you, well let me just say the ones I have experienced with so far has not. I have yet to receive payment from a GPT site that I have paid for a membership for. It is all a scam. • The idea of the sites came along before the sites themselves. I haven't thought of the production completely trough, I just figure; hey we're sitting here getting robed everyday on the internet with all the "Work form Home" opportunities and those Rip-Off "Get Paid To" sites. In-fact the reason I started AB Affiliates, Inc is because of an incident that occurred with my family that involved a work from home opportunity. Since I built the site and distributed my service it has gone well. Traffic and visitors were immense while the sites were in production and as long as they continued to be updated.

  4. What is Expected My Team Members • As a member of the AB Affiliates, Inc Team there is not much in expectance from you. You don't need to be the smartest person in the world, or the most experienced. You may not even have any knowledge of website building or HTML or Social Networking or blogging what so ever. That is no problem, the best way to learn something is to try something new. No it did not take me long to figure out how to configure HTML on my own, reading a little bit helps and practicing. And building a website turned out to be the easiest thing in the world. • The tough part is where you come in, well it's not really tough. • Writing the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, Intern/Employee Handbooks, proofreading, editing, keeping up with emails and websites and all the Administrative work. It is just too much for one person. I did it all by myself for a year and a half, as well as teaching my current Partner all the Basics, she was completely HTML and Website building illiterate.

  5. Cont'd...... It is all just too much for one person to handle every role even though I have made it this far, and two-kids later...LOL! Yo are only expected to keep the visitors/fans/readers/subscribers satisfied and happy with the Services and Information we provide

  6. The Company: Category and Roles • I know what you are thinking, we are at slide 6 and yo don't know your role would be yet! Well after any training, if need, that will be up to you. If you feel that you are better with website design the so be it, HTML Editor, Administrative/Customer Service Support. As the President and because I am officially just getting started everything, as it has been for the past year, will be conducted by me. HR- AB Affiliates, Inc as a team is the whole HR and All Roles. All companies start out small and some much faster than others progress vastly. • We can be considered in many different categories such as Marketing & Advertising and Consulting. As we are solely internet based an occasionally, only if needed, do business by phone or even snail mail. Traveling is really never needed. • Because we will be working with peoples email addresses and a lot of other confidential information, I am looking for that straight down honest, loyal, and responsible person who is also dream driven and goal oriented. Some one who is willing to work with this small non-profit organization and hopefully help me to make it become more than what it is.
