What is Researchers’Night? • A global Europeanfamily eventdedicated to popular science and fun learning. • Meeting real scientists and interacting with them in different ways • Showing what researchersreally do for society • Showing also the human side of researchers • Researchers' Nights are organized since 2005.   3. What is Researchers’Night? • One night, several hundred cities all over Europe and beyond • Last Friday in September • Over 1 million visitorsin 2012 • Supported by the European Commission as part of the Marie Curie Actions Tijana Prodanovic - prodanvc@df.uns.ac.rs

Researchers’Night in Serbia • First time in 2010 in Novi Sad  • project title: All We are Researchers (AWARE) • Since then the number of cities grows • 2011 (Subotica, Zrenjanin, Novi Sad, Belgrade) • 2012 (Zrenjanin, Novi Sad, Belgrade, Nis) • 2013 (Subotica, Zrenjanin, Novi Sad, Belgrade and several rural areas) • 2014 (Subotica, Zrenjanin, Novi Sad, Pancevo, Belgrade, Nis, Sabac, Kragujevac, Jagodina, Cuprija) • More than one project in Serbia Tijana Prodanovic - prodanvc@df.uns.ac.rs
