  1. All about ME! Your NameYour Grade

  2. Prior Computer Classes What other computer classes have you taken? (MS/HS) Who was your teacher? Are computers your friend or your foe? (if you’re not sure what ‘foe’ means, right click over the word, go down to Synonyms, and look at the list of similar words)

  3. What do you use a computer for? What computer programs / software have you used before? (Word, Power Point, Excel, Access, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, etc.) Do you have a favorite program/software? Least favorite? Do you usually work with Windows Computers (the ones in this lab) or Macs (Apple)? Which version do you like better?

  4. Job? If you currently have a job, where do you work and how many hours a week do you work? Do you like your job? What are your duties?

  5. Volunteer or Community Involvement? Are you involved with any volunteer or community involvement opportunities? (examples: Big Brother/Big Sister, Leadership Lincoln, American Cancer Society Walks/Runs for Breast Cancer, Habitat for Humanity)

  6. Extra Curricular Activities • Are you involved in any extra curricular activities or clubs OR are there any you’re considering joining this year? If not currently in one, which one would you join if you had to join 1? • Here is a list of the LNE clubs • Here is a list of the LNE activities • Check out both of the links above so you can see all that LNE has to offer! • Have you received any awards or honors? (lettering in sports, honor roll, etc.)

  7. After High School • Where are your current plans for after you graduate high school? • College – if so where? • Military – if so, what and when? • Job – what are some career choices you are interested in? • Other?

  8. Family • Tell me about your family – mom, dad, guardians? • Brothers? Sisters? • Names and Ages • Anyone else?

  9. Hobbies List any of your hobbies you do outside of the school day. (swimming, running, reading, etc.)

  10. Expectations Why did you take this class? What are your expectations of this class? What grade are you hoping to get in this class?

  11. Miscellaneous Is there anything else you would like to share? Anything special or unique?
