  3. MENTAL SET: • What were the two methods of control we discussed previously? • What are some dangers to us, the workers, with these two control methods? • Remember…. SAFETY, SAFETY, SAFETY!!!!

  4. HERBICIDES: • Not all herbicides are created equal: • Different chemical have different toxicities. • EPA-Environmental Protection Agency • MSDS-Material Safety Data Sheets

  5. MSDS ANSWERS: • What is the material and what does one need to know immediately in an emergency? • What should be done if a hazardous situation occurs? • How can hazardous situations be prevented? • Disposal? • Shipping?
