ALERTA DE SEGURIDAD Herida cortante en brazo izquierdo Producido por mal uso de amoladora Contratista de Baker Centrilift, mientras picaba una viga, descubriendo unas varillas, a una altura de aproximadamente 2.50 metros, inició el corte de dichas varillas, usando amoladora (la cual no disponía de carcasa, protectora), a la misma que le extrajo la manija de agarre debido a que rozaba con las otras varillas y no le permitía usar ‘’adecuadamente’’ la herramienta. Luego de alrededor de un minuto, el disco de corte de hierro se rompió, en ese momento el pedazo del disco golpeó contra su brazo izquierdo, el cual comenzó a sangrar. . Entrada y Salida de Vehículos y Plataformas FOTO 1 FOTO 2 • RECOMENDACIONES: • NUNCA REMOVA LAS PROTECCIONES DE SEGURIDAD DE LOS EQUIPOS • Siempre antes usar cualquier tipo de herramienta, revisar primero si es adecuada para la tarea y su correcto funcionamiento • NUNCA MODIFIQUE HERRAMIENTAS • Realice siempre antes un plan de trabajo e inspeccione todas las herramientas • Coloque stickers de revisión en las herramientas que han sido revisadas como operativas y no operativas Código Realizado por: Aprobado por: Fecha: Juan E.
