  2. Purpose • Determine the Usefulness of Updating 2005 ITS Master Plan • Conduct Surveys of Key ITS Stakeholders • Determine and document current and future local needs, objectives and critical issues • Stakeholder perspective • Survey Results Used to Determine Next Steps

  3. Survey Process • Identified Key Stakeholders • Emailed Surveys to Key Stakeholders • Conducted Scheduled Interviews • In person • Phone conversations • Follow-up (i.e., phone calls and e-mails)
