  3. Question 1 • What workflow did you use for entering old vaccinations (not previously entered into CAIR)?  • Were they entered before, during or after the visit?

  4. Question 2 • Did anyone double check the provider's vaccination orders to be sure they matched what was needed?  How did this work?  • Did you use the feature of CAIR that lists which vaccines are needed for that visit?

  5. Question 3 • What was the workflow for having the vaccines ordered and drawn up, in relation to the discussion of vaccines needed by the child?

  7. Question 4 • Did you use a handwritten vaccine record or did you print out the vaccination record from CAIR?

  8. Question 5 • Do you use CAIR to monitor your vaccine inventory or do you use a duplicate system?

  9. Question 6 • Although vaccinations can be administered by Medical Assistants in California, they need to be verified for accuracy by a licensed provider:  Nurse, physician, non-physician clinician, PharmD are options.  How do you handle this workflow?

  10. Question 7 • Did you use the feature in CAIR that generates a list of patients that is due for vaccination to seek out these patients?  How did you use this?
