  2. To create a PiP Effect • This is where the video is smaller and positioned someplace (think newscaster) • You can access the effect under the Effects Panel • Presets • PIPS

  3. Making it happen • Put the “baby video” on a higher line that what you want to fill the frame • Put the other video below it (can be video, still picture, title, etc.)

  4. PiP Effect • Drag the PIP Effect onto the clip • Note the meanings –25% means it is a quarter of the size, UL means upper left, et. • This alters the “motion” on effect of the video –click motion • Notice it modified the position and the scale
