  5. TWO TYPES OF CHANGES BUDGET & PROGRAMMATIC Coastal Impact Assistance Program

  6. GRANTEES and SUB-GRANTEES Permitted to re-budget within approved direct cost budget to meet unanticipated requirements May make limited program changes to the approved project Coastal Impact Assistance Program

  7. CHANGES TO THE BUDGET OF A GRANT Coastal Impact Assistance Program

  8. Non-construction Grantees or sub-grantees shall obtain prior approval of MMS whenever any of the following changes are anticipated: Coastal Impact Assistance Program

  9. Non-Construction Additional funding Cumulative transfers among direct cost categories which exceed or are expected to exceed 10% of the current total approved budget Transfer of funds allotted for training allowances Coastal Impact Assistance Program

  11. Combined Construction and Non-construction Any fund or budget transfer from non-construction to construction or vice versa Coastal Impact Assistance Program

  12. PROGRAMMATIC CHANGES REQUIRING PREVIOUS APPROVAL Coastal Impact Assistance Program
