  1. Audio Conference with Telepresence (1) Book a Meeting Place/ Webex session as you normally would. (2) Setup your Telepresence Call room – room as normal. (3) Once TP call is active – press <Conference> (4) Then dial 8 525 6800 this is the US direct access number to Conference Services & allowed in CM dial plan. (5) Do NOT press <Join> yet – although it appears on XML buttons. (6) Press <Tones> (7) Enter 1 (Meeting Place) or 3 (Webex) and then <Send> (8) Now enter meeting-id and press # <Send> at the end of id sequence. …wait for 2-3 seconds as there is a delay and you may think it hasn’t worked – be patient….it should now say attend meeting. (9) Make sure that the Meeting Place server has stopped playing music – i.e. meeting active by pressing star - <Send> (10) Now press ‘’Resume’’ on the phone (11) Press ‘’Exit’’ button (12) Press ‘’Cfrn/Join’’ button and you should be back to your original TP call – with external PSTN/Meeting Place user audible too.
