  2. OBJECTIVES • To explain new data reporting procedures for the Electronic Statistical Report. • To identify the appropriate office, personnel should contact with support inquiries.

Advantages of the new Electronic Statistical Report • Will reduce manual calculations at school sites and time and paper wasted in correcting mathematical errors. • Will allow automatic carry-forward of prior month totals to the current month’s report. • Will reduce the number of report revisions through built-in system “checks and balances”. • Will eliminate the additional task of re-inputting data from “hard copy” reports.
