After doing all exercise, If still modem power LED is not glowing field visit is required
After restarting the modem & checking the cable ,If Still RX is not coming up field visit is required
After restarting the modem & checking the cable ,If Still SYN is not coming up field visit is required
After restarting the modem & checking the cable ,If Still CON is not coming up field visit is required
Check ping Connectivity from PC to gateway IP If it’s not pinging , Check LAN cable connectivity from PC to HUB
If all indication in the modem are ok except PC, Pls. call PC vendor to check it !! If all Indication are ok & still not able to browse , Pls. call PC Vendors !!
