North & South Carolina Coverage Area GRADE + + + + + + + = County’s added for GRADE+ designation in mid-2009
Ozone Non-Attainment Lower Ozone Standard wasproposed on January 7, 2010 by USEPA to between 0.060 – 0.070 ppm ozone

Manageable Contract Requirements • Sign a funding agreement • Complete the project • Request reimbursement • Operate the equipment 75% of the time in the region for the next 5-10 years. • Report hours of operation every six months – we’ll ask for it, you don’t have to remember!
