AVISO DE PRIVACIDAD TRATAMIENTO DE DATOS PERSONALES Con fundamento en el artículo 51 de la Ley de Acceso a la Información Pública y Protección de Datos Personales para el Estado de Coahuila, se te informa lo siguiente: • DERECHOS Y OBLIGACIONES DE SETRA: • Integrar los datos personales de los usuarios en los archivos y/o registros de la Secretaría del Trabajo del Estado de Coahuila de Zaragoza. • Ser destinatario de los datos personales de los usuarios. • Transferir a otras dependencias del gobierno Federal, Estatal o Municipal los datos personales. • Ser responsable de los datos personales de los usuarios. • DERECHOS Y OBLIGACIONES DE LOS USUARIOS: • Proporcionar tus datos personales para brindarte los servicios que ofrece esta dependencia. • Ejercer tus derechos de acceso, rectificación, cancelación y oposición, una vez que hayas otorgado tu consentimiento para el tratamiento de los mismos.
