Reciprocaland reflexive verbs and pronouns Reflexive verbs: The subject and the object are the same → the subject acts upon itself: Yo me peino el pelo(I brush my hair) Reciprocal verbs: are the same as reflexive verbs except the action passes from one person to another. In English, reciprocal actions are normally expressed with each other or one another. It can only be used in the first and third person plural: Mis padres se besan mucho(My parents kiss each other very much)

(We write letters to each other every summer) Los amigos se saludan. (The friends greet eachother) Los hermanos se llevan muy bien. (The siblings get along very well)
