Rx Performance Simulation for GFSK Modulation in IEEE 802.15 WPANs

This document outlines the simulation results for receiver performance using Gaussian Frequency Shift Keying (GFSK) modulation, specifically focusing on the IEEE 802.15 Working Group for Wireless Personal Area Networks (WPANs). It discusses accomplishments from the March 2012 meeting and outlines the tasks for the current meeting. The results indicate receiver sensitivity of -91 dBm without Forward Error Correction (FEC) and -97 dBm with FEC at a data rate of 50 kb/s. The simulations were conducted under common Gaussian noise conditions to assess performance variations with and without FEC.
