Synchronised Calls: Obstacles • Short-time limit: deadline April 29, 2014 • Necessaryinvolvement of the National fundingagencies of the • « countries of excellence » like Germany, UK, France, Italy, Spain… • Woulditbe a successful initiative without the main Europeanresearch • actors? • Important to avoid national calls on the sametopic
