  2. No Board Update Brad Jones, Chair of TAC noted that the Board did not meet in November. Also noted that all TAC Subcommittees should be evaluating whether or not they need to adjust their meeting calendar for 2012 to minimize meetings.

PRS Update , • NPRR351, SCED Look-Ahead Step 1:  Pricing: Calculate Non-Binding Prices and Basepoints for Initial Research into Look-Ahead SCED and allow Consumers to have a Forward Price Projection (formerly “Calculate and Post Projected Non-Binding LMPs for the Next 15 Minutes”) - Urgent • PRS discussed on Monday. Two options. Option 1 was a version of SCED Look-Ahead (SLA/LAS) deemed to be not able to be used as we go into the SLA. Approved Option 2 version of how we would proceed. Want to hear more about Option 1&2. • Much discussion, over an hour. • Motion was made to approve Option 2 3

  4. PRS Update Continued - • NPRR405, Clarification of DC Tie Load into Operational Systems and Processes • Concerns raised at PRS but didn’t get much discussion. Would like sent back to PRS for further now that comments are submitted. Concerned about a lot of issues that didn’t get enough attention at PRS. Understand Bill’s point about being charged for RUC. • I • Discussion as to whether or not this NPRR is needed…many thought this is already covered in ERCOT protocols. • Motion: Remand to WMS. Approved

Would like sent back to PRS for further now that comments are submitted. Concerned about a lot of issues that didn’t get enough attention at PRS. ERCOT has filed comments to PGRR008. • NPRR413, Oklaunion Exemption Calculation Verification - Approved • NPRR414, UFE Calculation Clarifications - Approved • NPRR415,Inadvertent Interchange and Inadvertent Energy Clarification- Approved • NPRR417, TDSP Submittal of Consumption and Demand Values for AMS ESI IDs - Approved • NPRR426, Standing Non-Spin Deployment in the Operating Hour for Generation Resources Providing On-Line Non-Spin – Urgent - Approved • NPRR427, Energy Offer Curve Requirements for Generation Resources Assigned Reg-Up and RRS – Urgent

Approved with one abstention SCR764, Public Access to Select MIS Dashboards (Vote) – Approved ERCOT Appeal of PRS Rejection of NPRR418, Reporting of Resource Forced Outages (Vote) Motion to deny appeal. Refer issue to WMS to investigate (QMWG).

Revision Requests Tabled at TAC NOGRR074, Clarified Responsible Entities for Reporting Sabotage Information to NERC – Approved with 1 abstention PGRR008, New Planning Guide Section 4, Generation Resource Interconnection – No action NPRR334, Incorporate Resource Limit for the Amount of Regulation Service that may be Provided from a Generation Resource During any Operating Hour – No action

ERCOT Operations, Planning and IT Report Commodity Exchange Act Exemption Update CDR Increase in firm load forecast of 738 MW for 2012 (1% decrease in reserve margin) Total decrease in resources available of 2623 MW (4% decrease in reserve margin) Economic forecast shows lower growth rate in 2013, 2014, but slightly higher in 2012. For 2012, 12.11% Reserve Margin. CDR is based on a snapshot in time
