How to Forward Email From Lotus Notes to your Preferred Email address
Warning Lotus Notes email is secure. The College will be sending sensitive information such as grade reports and bills to your official Lotus Notes address. Forwarding this information to personal email addresses will compromise that security.
Log on to Lotus Notes Students go to: qcmail.qc.cuny.edu Faculty go to: mail.qc.cuny.edu
Enter a Rule Name if you wish (it is optional) In the “When” box, choose All Documents And click on “Add”
Under Create Action choose Send Copy To (don’t click Add yet)
Enter your preferred email address Make sure full copy Is selected. Now click Add
Test it. It would be a good idea to send a test email to your Lotus Notes account to see if it gets forwarded to your preferred email.
