  2. DOBUTAMINADIPIRIDAMOL • DOBLE PRODUCTO TA-FC • PERFUSION DOSIS CRECIENTES • 4 ESTADIOS DE 3 ´MIN • ACCION RAPIDA • REDISTRIBUCION FLUJO CORONARIO • PERFUSION 0,84 MG/KG EN 6 MIN. • EFECTO PICO EN 10 MIN.

  3. OBJETIVO: -Cuantificar tiempo de enfermería en los 2 tipos de estrés farmacológico desde su preparación hasta la finalización del mismo. -Identificar complicaciones. -Comparar tolerancia.

  4. Tº preparación paciente • -Desnudarse tórax • -Cumplimentar hoja : datos personales • alergias • Tº actual • -Peso – talla • -Explicación prueba. Dudas. Firma consentimiento • -Monitorización : limpieza piel • colocación electrodos 12 deriv. • -Canalización vía periférica • -Controles basal . TA – ECG – SPO2 • -Introducir datos en ecógrafo • 2) Tº preparación fármaco • -Dobut / Dipirid. • -NTG / Atropina / Propanolol/ Eufilina

  5. 3) Tº basal del protocolo 4) Tº final del protocolo - resultados ecocardiográficos - alteraciones eléctricas - conseguir FC submáxima - poner atropina - poner propanolol 5) Tº final de la prueba - complicaciones - eléctricas - ecocardiográficas - sintomatología - tolerancia - utilización ecopotenciadores

  8. CONCLUSIONES • No existen diferencias en cuanto a Tº total • EE Dob. > Complicaciones -  Tº recuperación • La enfermería realiza actividades antes , durante • y después del procedimiento sin las cuales no se • puede realizar el estudio , este tiempo tiene que • quedar reflejado en el mismo.
