Development of a J2ME Payment Application for Student Scholarships at Ecole Supérieure Polytechnique

This project presents the development of a J2ME application designed to facilitate scholarship payments for students at Ecole Supérieure Polytechnique in Dakar. It consists of two main modules: the database module and the customer module. The database maintains student information and codes, while the customer module allows the student committee to communicate scholarship updates via text messages. This study aims to enhance our understanding of J2ME technology and its applications in real-world scenarios.

  3. Under j2me training that has been proposed by Christelle Scharff, we had to make a small project to have a better vision of what is possible to do with this Technology. That’s why we chose to implement an application of payment for the scholarship of students in Ecole Supérieure Polytechnique of Dakar. Introduction

  4. The application is composed of 2 parts: • The database module which is the main module • The costumers module which is set on student’s phone call Project content

  5. This module allows to the student’s comittee to send text message to students whom can receive their scholarchip. It is composed of the database with the names all students and their number code And the sending application The database module

  6. It allows to the students whom are busy to replay to the student’s comittee and mentionned it. So another message will be send to them another day The costumers module
