  2. ANÁLISIS SEMICUANTITATIVO DE RIESGOS, PROYECTO PILOTO "PLAN TERRAZAS" INFORMACIÓN OBJETIVOS DEL PROEYCTO. ALCANCE: • Implementar el proyecto piloto "Plan Terrazas" con el fin de mejorar las condiciones estructurales de viviendas informales y condiciones de habitabilidad de 1250 familias en la ciudad de Bogotá. • Crear la Curaduría Pública Social, para realizar el reconocimiento y consolidar las viviendas construidas sin licencia de construcción en una cantidad total de 1500. • Poner en funcionamiento el Banco de Materiales, con el fin de disminuir costos hasta de un 15% en las construcciones por medio de contratos de acuerdo con grandes distribuidores. TIEMPO • Realizar la implementación del proyecto en un período de 4 años. COSTO • Realizar una ejecución presupuestal de $52.950.000.000,00, que logre subsidiar las mejoras en las viviendas previstas. CALIDAD • Cumplir con la normativa vigente colombiana en materia de reconocimiento y expedición de licencias de construcción, así como el cumplir con las normas sismo resistentes y metodologías alternativas de reforzamiento.
