RUC for Resources with PPAs • NP 5.6.1 Section (8) (g) • ERCOT shall produce a report each April that provides the percentage of RUC Make-Whole Payments for Resources with PPAs during the 12 months of the previous calendar year. The report shall be based on the final Settlements and include the total number of Resources that used a PPA for their most recent verifiable cost submission that was approved by ERCOT. ERCOT shall present the results of this study to the appropriate Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) subcommittee. • Results: Nothing to report

RUC Cancellations • NP 5.7.3 Section (5) • ERCOT shall produce a report each April that provides the percentage of the RUC Decommitment Payment Amounts that are a result of RUC cancellations during the 12 months of the previous calendar year. The report shall be based on the Final Settlements. ERCOT shall present the results of this study to the appropriate Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) subcommittee. • Results: Nothing to report

Protocol Requirement • Given that since the start of the nodal market no Resource has been approved for verifiable costs under a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) or received a RUC Cancellation, should WMS: • Remove the requirement to report RMWPs* percentages annually? • If yes, • 2. Should RCWG create an NPRR to remove these requirements? * RMWPs = RUC Make-Whole Payments
