Labmeeting 100222

In preparation for the CKM meeting this Wednesday, we'll focus on interior flow and newly drawn sideband regions. Key topics will include Mbc, lp-mp, and the SignalMC sideband area. We'll discuss the importance of various cut variables, identify problematic variables like alpha and dE, and seek feedback on challenges faced. I'll present data for two distinct regions based on Mbc and dE criteria and clarify our analysis methods, including scaling for luminosity. Suggestions for enhancing the presentation are welcome.

  1. Labmeeting 100222 2010311310 60min

  2. Getting ready for the CKM meeting on this Wednesday (interior and the flow) • Newly drawn sideband region

  3. Pictures that I’ve drawn so far • Mbcde • mbc,de,lp,mm2 for each modes • lp-mp for each modes • lpin B-rest-frame • SignalMC sideband area • Mbc-lp fitting

  4. The atmosphere • Follow in the orders as Dr.Cho’s note is organized. • Explain about the cut-variables and values, what are the ‘seems to be bad’ variables and explain the reasons(e.g. alpha, dE) • Ask them about the problem that I’m facing with.

  5. New SignalMC sideband region Region 1: 5.2~5.25Gev mbc, abs(dE)>0.2 Region 2: 5.2~5.25Gev mbc, abs(dE)<0.2 I’ll draw about the generic modes and scale them with appropriate lumnosity.

  6. About the tables at P.10, 11 • And whatelse do you think that I’ll need for my presentation????
