Ad Hoc at HomeSat, Oct 2 7:00 PM D13 Thomas Keller, the celebrated American chef, opened his Ad Hoc restaurant as a temporary, almost experimental, restaurant serving one 4-course meal daily in a family-style setting. Keller's French-inspired "new" American cuisine has now been captured in his "Ad Hoc at Home" cookbook. Using these recipes, Barb and Edgel will serve a 4-course meal of Thomas Keller's serious yet friendly food, which is sure to satisfy even the most experienced food lover. We will have a tasting of four French wines chosen by Marc and four California wines chosen by Edgel so you can decide for yourself. Held at the Pinsonneault's lovely ravine home.
