This study explores the differential expression of microRNAs (miRNAs) in the skin of E18.5 mouse embryos by applying both non-paired and paired analysis methods. By comparing these two approaches, we aim to identify significant miRNA profiles that may play critical roles in skin development and differentiation. The results are presented in a table format, highlighting the specific miRNAs that exhibit differential expression patterns. This research contributes to our understanding of miRNA regulatory networks during embryonic skin formation.
