ACADEMIC TUTORING AND PRICING • HBA WAS VOTED THE BEST TUTORING CENTER IN THE SAN DIEGO UNION TRIBUNE BEST OF SAN DIEGO READER’S POLL AND IN THE BEST OF NORTH COAST READER’S POLL 2014. • Our teachers know exactly how to help your child succeed. Whether they are struggling with early reading skills or need help in AP Physics, students at High Bluff Academy get the most experienced, knowledgeable and well-trained teachers available.

  3. Best Teachers • Unlike the national chains, we don’t try to fit the students to a preset curriculum or a formulaic method of teaching. Our secret is in finding the best teachers in every discipline who not only know their subject area, but know a lot about kids and how they learn.

  4. Our teachers use a wide variety of materials and teaching methods to customize each lesson to fit the individual. They act as mentors, cheerleaders, and coaches to instill a love of learning and motivate students to succeed.

  5. Continuing students: • If you have been to HBA for tutoring in the past, you are already in our system.  Just use your email address for the log in and the word “password” for the password. The first time you log in you will be prompted to create a new password.  If you are unable to log in, just fill in the form below and we will make sure that your log in is working.

  6. New students: • Please fill in the form below. We will create your account and send you an email when it is ready to use (less than 24 hours). Can’t wait? Just give us a call during our regular business hours.

  7. $75 per hour for all academic subjects for a single session (55 minutes) • 4 sessions for $280 ($20 savings) • 8 sessions for $560 ($40 savings) • $90 per hour for SAT and ACT Test Prep  per session. • Package of 20 sessions is $1600 ($200 savings) includes 3 mock exams • 9 week small group sessions (36 hours instructional time, plus 3 mock exams) is $1200
