  6. 4pm FHR reported • 6pm FHR reported, • 8pm FHR=80-100, • Dil =8Cm • Station =0 • Plan: OR: C/S

  7. Case II • A 32 years old • G=2 • L=1 • GA=39 weeks • Previous C/S

  8. Plan : • Elective C/S

  9. gauze counting was 1 less • X –ray =normal • Abdomen exploration= Neg • After10days : CC: Bad odor discharge Plan: • sonography Foreign body in uterus • exploration gauze extracted

  10. Case III An Afghan 28 years old • G=4 • L=3 • GA=33, • NVD • CC: Headache+ visual disturbance

  11. Exam: • BP=200/120 • uterine height=38 • multiple myoma • FHR=140 • presentation= Ceph • Dil=Tip fing • Sac=+
