  1. Details itinerary about Mardi Himal Trek Mardi Himal is located at the east of one of the most popular trekking destination of Nepal, Annapurna Base Camp trek. Mardi Himal Trek can be considered as one of the hidden gem of Nepal where only few trekkers make their way. You should definitely go for this trek if you're looking for 'off the beaten path' with fewer trekkers. Some of the main highlight of this trek are the excellent hill and mountain landscape; and marvel at the panoramic views of the massive Himalayan mountains including Annapurna, Machhapuchre, Hiunchuli and Mardi Himal. This 10 days long trek is something worth trying for all the adventure & nature lover. Itinerary Day 01: Arrive in Kathmandu (1300 meters) This is your arrival day in Nepal. Our representative from Himalayan Recreation Treks will be there at Tribhuvan International Airport to pick you up & escort you to your accommodation in Kathmandu. You'll have a short brefying session regarding your trek after you reach at hotel. Overnight stay at hotel in Kathmandu. Day 02: Drive to Pokhara (827m): 6-7 hours Today, we will drive to Pokhara from Kathmandu which takes around 6-7 hours. Pokhara is obne of the most popular tourist hub also known as 'City of lakes'. The journey to Pokhara is filled with terrace farms, vast fields of mustard and rice plantations, and amazing hills with meandering rivers. You can take a short walk around the cuty if you want to after reaching Pokhara. Overnight stay at hotel in Pokhara. Day 03: Drive to Phedi and trek to Deurali (1,130m): 30 minutes’ drive, 4-5 hours trek Today early in the morning we start our drive to Phedi from where our ultimate trek begins. From Phedi as we begin our trek we'll be walking through terraced fields & small villages. Soon we will reach a small village called Dhampus where we will be having our lunch. As we continue our walk, we reach a small beautiful village Deurali located on a ridge with an amazing views of Annapurna, Mardi & Machhapuchre. Overnight stay at guesthouse in Deurali. Day 04: Deurali to Forest Camp (2,050m): 6-7 hours From Deurali, we'll be trekking to Forest camp today. We trek through quite & narrow trail, passing through lush forest dotted with rhododendrons. Our trail is actually very quite until we reach clearing of the forest camp. We can get some amazing views of mighty mountains upon reaching Forest camp. Overnight stay at Forest Camp. Day 05: Forest Camp to Low Camp (3,050m): 5-6 hours

  2. We continue our trek & head toward Low camp where the trail is mostly upward. We walk through dense forests admiring the rich bio diversity & landscape of Nepal. After reaching Low camp we can get the fantastic view of Mt. Machapuchhre (Mt. Fishtail) up the valley. We can spend some time observing the local lifestyle there late in the evening. Overnight at low camp. Day 06: Low Camp to High Camp (3,600m): 3-4 hours We trek uphill alongside a ridge towards Mardi Himal and Macchhapuchhre. We ascend up to the high camp, which the final destination of the day. The grassland terrain also begins to get wet with snow as you climb up the elevation. From High Camp, the view of the Annapurna Himalayas is one of the most spectacular in the trekking journey. Overnight stay at High Camp. Day 07:High Camp to Upper Viewpoint (4,250m), return back to High Camp: 2-3 hours Today from High camp we'll make our way to Upper viewpoint. On our trek to upper viewpoint we ascend & descend on a steep & narrow trail. The view of Himalayas is something worth seeing from here. You can get some majestic views of Mardi Himal (5553m), the Annapurna I (8091m), Annapurna South (7219m), the Hiunchuli Peak (6441m), the Baraha Shikhar (7647m), Mount Machhapuchhre (6997m) and the Lamjung Himal (6983m) etc from upper viewpoint. After spending some time at upper viewpoint we'll return back to High camp. Overnight stay at High camp. Day 08: High Camp to Siding Village (1,700m): 6-7 hours From high camp we today, we'll slowly descend down back & head toward a village called Siding. Siding village is a small traditional village of gurung people. Overnight stay at guesthouse in Siding village. Day 09: Trek to Lumle, drive to Pokhara and fly to Kathmandu: 2-3 hours trek, 2 hours drive and 25 minutes flight Finally today we'll be getting back to Pokhara. We begin our trek early in the morning to lumle after having our breakfast. From lumle we'll drive to Pokhara which will be of around 2 hours. And then, from Pokhara we'll fly back to kathmandu. Overnight stay at hotel in Kathmandu. Day 10: Final departure This is your depareture day. Our representative from Himalayan Recreation treks will be there to drop you off at the airport at the time of your departure.
