  2. Unit 6 Certificate of Origin/GSP From A INTRODUCTION Certificate of Origin is an independent document evidencing the origin of the goods or manufacturer. It is the basic document for the customs clearance in importing country to levy the import duty.

Some Points of GSP Form A 3 4 2 More information 1 1 For official use It will be more or less the same as corresponding contents in column No.5 in Certificate of Origin. 2 If the same lot has different varieties,“1”，“2”…are marked according to the varieties. Item number 3 Origin criterion It should be made out with the reference on notes overleaf. 4 Except that mentioned in column No.13 in Certificate of Origin, name of country of origin and importing country should be marked in corresponding place in the column.
